On-Site Tech Support (Hourly)
Services rendered can range from virus removal and computer clean-up to optimize performance to troubleshooting and repairing network configurations. This includes support for printers, e-mail, networks, display issues, hardware and software issues, and more!
Low-Voltage Wiring
We offer completely-free, no-obligation consultations for all wiring jobs. Our technician will schedule a time to meet with you and assess the job needed (how many locations, ports, size of space, etc.) and send you an estimate same-day.
Pick-Up & Delivery
Some jobs require specialized tools that we have here in our repair shop or more time to complete the repair. A technician can arrange to pick up your (devices), bring them back to our shop for repair, and coordinate a time to deliver them back to you when they are complete.
In-Store Services
Our store location located in Chisago City boasts a large repair shop with all of our specialized tools and equipment to complete any job at hand. With all in-store computers, tablets, and phones we offer a completely-free, no-obligation diagnostics test and quote. So all you have to do is check-in your device(s), let us run our comprehensive testing, and we will call you with your diagnostics report and quote to repair! All hardware comes with a limited, one-year warranty.
PC Malware Removal & Tune-Up Service
It's unfortunately very common for computers to get bogged down with malicious files, annoying pop-ups, adware, junkware, trackers, and more over time. Our full clean-up not only rids your computer of all these types of files but also comes with a full S.M.A.R.T. hard drive health test, registry repair, browser refresh, and security audit.
This service also includes repair of any software issues you may be experiencing from internet connection issues to Windows file corruption.
Hardware Replacement & Upgrades
The labor cost for hardware replacements and upgrades remains at our flat fee of $88.99, and then the additional cost of the hardware.
For hardware we also offer completely free diagnostics and an estimate, so prior to replacing anything we will call to confirm parts being replaced or upgraded as well as total cost.
All parts purchased through Primo Technology come backed with a limited hardware warranty unless otherwise noted.
Tablet & iPad Repair
From software resets to screen replacements, we've got all tablets and iPads covered. We offer free diagnostics and estimate prior to repair with the labor cost being a flat fee of $68.99.
Phone Repair (Including iPhone Repair)
We offer repair and support for most phone models, including screens. We offer free diagnostics and estimate prior to repair with the labor cost being a flat fee of $68.99.
TV Repair
For all TV's, we require a $75 non-refundable deposit. We run our diagnostics test and call with your diagnostics results and estimate. Should you proceed with repair, that $75 goes towards the $88.99 labor cost. All parts (TV boards, backlights, etc.) are additional cost but will be included in your price estimate.
Game Console Repairs
We can repair Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles - from HDMI port replacement to controller drift. Labor cost is $88.99 and does not include hardware. All game consoles also receive free diagnostics and a call with repair estimate prior to fixing.
Remote Online Services
Be it a residential customer or business client, many times we are able to offer support without either party having to travel - with our online remote support. In addition to that support, we offer a few continual services remotely that help maintain your systems and cut down your downtime by using preventative tech support.
